PROCESS

FAST. RELIABLE. EFFICENT.

We understand the importance of investing in technology we can trust, and that our clients can count on...

At Docuserve we use a leading international serve management system to manage all our jobs, ensuring that all key information is saved in one, secure, and easily accessible place.

Designed specifically for process servers and law firms, it has several key features that set it apart from all other systems. In addition to sending an instant email from the field confirming time and date of service, this system records a GPS timestamp that cannot be tampered with, to ensure transparency and accountability for our clients.

OUR DOCUMENT SERVICE... A SIMPLE 4 STEP PROCESS...

STEP 3: SERVE

STEP 4: REPORT

CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY

  • Track files, see history notes, view invoices - all in one place.

WORKING WITH US SAVES YOU TIME

Our team will record your personal preferences, so next time you require a service of documents - you can trust us to just get on with it.

WORK WITH ONE COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST

We work with an network of experienced service agents throughout Auckland, New Zealand, Australia and have worldwide affiliates to get your documents served, which means we take the hassle out of dealing with multiple process serving companies.

This means that at Docuserve we can manage all your document service requirements faster, and at a better rate, than if you were dealing with numerous agents yourself.

SERVING DOCUMENTS BY FACEBOOK

Over the last five years we have seen social media applications, such as Facebook, being used more regularly as another option for serving documents, and this has increased even more post Covid19.

Docuserve has a business Facebook and LinkedIn account that we use to serve documents, rather than a staff members personal account. We have served all types of documents, including family proceedings, civil proceedings, and dissolution of marriage proceedings by social media.

Once we have served the document, we draw up an affidavit of service, exhibiting relevant screenshots highlighting the recipient's profile, and the time and date the document was sent.

PROFESSIONAL AFFIDAVITS OF SERVICE

Court Approved. Save time, let our in-house admin team professionally prepare these documents to meet your legal requirements.

We will ensure you have an airtight affidavit of service, prepared correctly in a format accepted by the court. In addition to affidavits for New Zealand Courts we have experience with various offshore courts.

On time critical matters an urgent swearing service is available.

SERVING DOCUMENTS INTERNATIONALLY

We have experience serving documents in a number of countries including, but not limited to Australia, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, USA and Canada.

Some countries where English is not the first language are more difficult, as documents may need to be translated.

Pricing varies extensively from country to country. Usually based on the location of service, a rural delivery will be more expensive than in a main city. If the person being served decides to be evasive, or we need to make enquiries to locate their address, this may add extra costs to the account.
