Life AFTER lock down

Alert Level 3 – Restrict

The focus here is on reducing community transmission and preventing new clusters from emerging by social distancing and reducing the number of people we are in contact with.

Document Service

Our team can resume document service and will be out on the road. However, we will be strictly adhering to the health and safety guidelines outlined by Worksafe. https://worksafe.govt.nz/managing-health-and-safety/novel-coronavirus-covid-19/advice-for-essential-businesses/

Affidavits of Service

The courts may still be closed to the general public, however at Alert Level 3 we anticipate the ability of our Process servers to get access to the court registrars for the swearing of affidavits.

To assist us where possible we are asking for a photograph of the Respondent (primarily for family proceedings) to accompany the affidavit where we have been unable to ask for an acknowledgement of service.

Dissolution of Marriage

We have a number of these that are pending updates/ new review dates from the family court. This department has been vertically closed throughout the lock down. We will be in a position to update Applicants once these services are operating once again.
